How to Fix Cellular Data Not Working on iPhone and iPad - Sometimes your cellular data will stop working on your iPhone or iPad. Assuming you are not only in a poor coverage area, there are some general steps you can take that will fix a lot of non-functioning cellular data.

1. Reinsert the SIM Card

The sequence you have to do is:
- Turn off your iPhone
- Remove the SIM card
- Reinsert the SIM card

2. Activate Data Roaming
This might sound counterintuitive, but many people who experience iPhone data blackouts find this a reliable solution. Specifically, after certain iOS updates, some devices have been affected by bugs which cause the OS to get confused when you are roaming.

3. Reset Network Settings
